Jamal C. Robinson - Executive Director

Mr. Robinson joins IMPACCT Brooklyn with experience in real estate development, large-scale IT project management, and commercial real estate investing. He served in various roles at JP Morgan Chase and Co., most recently as a Community Development Real Estate Banker, where he worked to grow and revitalize neighborhoods in New York and the Central U.S. In 2023, his team facilitated $317 million in affordable housing construction and permanent loans, resulting in the creation of 2,296 affordable rental units for veterans, seniors, people with special needs, and many more. Before entering the civilian workforce, Jamal spent eight years in the U.S. Army in assignments including Commander of the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, United States Military Academy (USMA); Great Lakes Region Diversity Outreach Officer, USMA Directorate of Admissions; and in other positions of increasing responsibility.  

Rachel Webster - Chief of Staff

With over a decade of experience in community development, Rachel has helped city governments and nonprofits to advance community-focused placemaking at the project, neighborhood, and city-wide level. 

Rachel has helped shape grantmaking strategies and compliance efforts at organizations including New York City’s Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC). Prior to joining IMPACCT, she led projects across the country that created opportunities for the most-impacted people to be consulted, centered, and empowered at HR&A Advisors, a national real estate and economic development advisory firm. 

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science from CUNY’s Macaulay Honors College at Brooklyn College. She also completing coursework in Land Use Law, History and Theory of Urban Planning, Urban Economics, and Financial Management at New York University.

Craig Campbell - Chief Financial Officer

Craig P. Campbell is a seasoned Finance executive, with over 30 years of experience in industries such as Entertainment, Financial Services, Healthcare, Higher Education, Media, Not-for-Profit and Telecommunications.  Craig has obtained domestic and international experience in financial planning and analysis, finance, and accounting for companies such as Merrill Lynch & Co., Cellfish Media LLC, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, Bank Street College of Education, and SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University.  Throughout Craig’s career, he has provided leadership and guidance to organizations, including managing financial system implementations; implementing formal budgets, and establishing and implementing financial reporting and cash management processes.

Craig is a Certified Public Accountant with an Executive MBA in Business Management from Columbia University and a BBA in Accounting from Barnard M. Baruch College.  Craig is a life-long resident of Brooklyn, NY.

Dan Fennessey has lived in Central Brooklyn for the last 30 years. He has worked as a restoration carpenter, a site superintendent, and as an owner’s representative for non-profits in arts and education. He is currently self-employed as a developer and owner of mixed-use buildings in central Brooklyn.
