Richard Brown, Housing Development Director
Join us in welcoming Richard Brown, the newest addition to IMPACCT Brooklyn as our Housing Development Director.
Richard is a creative affordable housing professional with 25 years’ experience managing the financing and development of affordable housing from acquisition through construction completion and conversion to permanent financing. Richard has experience with a variety of financial executions utilizing programs administered by New York City, New York State and the Federal government, in
partnership with private and not for profit financial institutions.
Prior to becoming IMPACCT’s Housing Development Director, Richard worked for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development, the New York State Housing Finance Agency and was a Principal at Rockabill Consulting. Richard received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and his Masters in Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service.
