Council Member Chi Ossé emphasizes the urgency of New York City’s housing crisis: “New York City faces a housing crisis, caused largely by a critical shortage of housing. IMPACCT is an invaluable community partner, and we are proud to provide them with funding to help tackle this crisis for our neighbors. In particular, the planned supportive housing will address a specific and pressing need felt by vulnerable members of the community. My district, and all of Brooklyn, is lucky to have IMPACCT.”
