Band Together to
Fight Housing Issues

When you experience a housing issue, others in your building may be having the same problems as well. When that’s the case, the best way to fight back and get the problem solved is by working together with your neighbors. IMPACCT Brooklyn has been bringing residents together to put pressure on landlords and city agencies to address housing issues. Working together, we can make a difference!

“After my partner and I split up, I began struggling to pay the rent. My landlord was breathing down my neck and I was just really stressed. After I began living in an IMPACCT-owned apartment on Pulaski Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant, it cut my rent payments in half. I would encourage anyone going through difficulties to get in with IMPACCT.”
